I’m Erin, and I created the Anxiety Buster book from 20+ years as a child therapist and real-life lessons with my 105 lb Doberman, Buster. This small in-person beta group is built directly around the tools and stories from the book.
Limited to just 4–8 parents total — intimate, hands-on, and parent-only (kids do not attend). You’ll learn practical, nervous-system-friendly strategies you can actually use at home, including the VET principle and PAWS rhythm.
What you’ll get:
Weekly sessions using activities straight from Anxiety Buster
Real-talk collaboration + “Paw Practice” sheets that stick
Beta pricing and your feedback will help shape future groups (including online versions)
Details:
Starts: April 12, 2026 (6–7:30 pm, 10 weeks)

I am a child therapist who has spent over two decades helping kids with big feelings find their calm. I am trained in SPACE and other fancy acronyms. But my real teachers have been the families I work with & Buster, my 105 lb Doberman. We sat together over the past several years helping children face their fears. Over time, together, we were able to refine and put our work together into a guide so every parent can feel a little less guilt and a lot more confident. No guru vibes or strategies - just straight talk about what we have learned.
Buster started life with a lot of big feelings that came out as big body energy. With time, patience, guidance, and ice cream (I know....I know....he loved it though🤫), he became a joyful soul who loved every single person he met. For 6 years, he spent time in my office participating with kids through a range of animal-assisted activities that showcased obedience, problem-solving, and nurturance, bringing calm and confidence to the kids. He retired an office hero, crossed the bridge peacefully, and his story and work will live on for anyone who wants it. 🌈
